Mistake in my previous post

Spread The WORD

This is just to rectify a mistake in my previous post about unemployment and it costing my employer.  Misinformation led me to believe that the employer had to pay unemployment and if an employee was terminated at no fault the company had let the employee take that money, if the employee was terminated at fault than the employer got the money back.  After doing a bit of research it was discovered that the employer's rate for unemployment goes up and they have to pay a percentage of that rate depending on which state it is in.

A friend of mine suggested to me that maybe Chuck was angry about this blog and what it says about him as to why he was fighting my unemployment case.  I pointed out that how it appeared that Dick was creating situations so that upon termination he had a reason to try to fight in me being able to receive unemployment benefits.

Examples are:

  • Allowing managers to give me production reports that appeared lower than they really were.
  • Taking me off the front desk and placing somebody else there or leaving it empty to make me feel like I did something to the point that would make me quit.
  • Creating sexual tension for me and other employees in the office in ways, such as making it appear as if I were trying to follow him into the hallway or that he was possibly waiting for me out in the hallway.
  • Trying to distract me using sexual indigo, one example is a time that Dick walked by me with an erection and than swung his penis for me to see.
  • Using an excuse to accuse me of saying something inappropriate when running into him near the restrooms, such as....Listen Here

    1. Thank You for the tip, I'm looking at it right now but am unsure how helpful it can be because labor laws differ State to State. I did find an online attorney where labor questions can be answered for your state and awaiting an answer.
